Consent Forms and Requirements

All competitors must sign a consent form covering liabilities, the code of conduct, and related matters. If a competitor is under 18 years old at the time of the competition (March 10, 2026), they may need to have a parent or guardian co-sign the form. Parents are not required to attend the competition, but if they wish, they are welcome to accompany their child. Please return the signed consent form to your school advisor, who will keep track of all forms and ensure they are on file.

Media & Photography Notice

Photos and videos may be taken throughout the event for documentation and for our club’s use. This includes recording rounds, capturing general event activities, and taking group photos of participants and volunteers. Media may be used for future event promotion, recap posts, or archival purposes. We’ll make sure filming is not obtrusive so it doesn’t interfere with the competition.
